Sony Philippines gathered the country’s most dynamic creators and aspiring storytellers for Sony Creator’s Fest 2025, a full-day showcase of connection, collaboration, and creation. In line with the belief “Together, We Create,” Baked Studios became an interactive playground where technology met artistry and creators of every level discovered fresh ways to bring stories to life.

Panels and Creator Conversations
The program opened with a keynote from Mr. Shuhei Sugihara, President and Managing Director of Sony Philippines, who outlined Sony’s vision for empowering creators – urging attendees to take their first step into content creation, shape their identity, and continue evolving with Sony. This was followed by a brand talk from Mr. Kentaro Imamura, Sony Philippines’ Marketing Director, who explained how Sony cameras are engineered to break creative boundaries, giving creators both freedom and precision.

A marquee panel brought together influential voices in content creation — Erwan Heussaff, Janina Manipol, Miki Labarda, Abi Marquez, Wil Dasovich, and Hannah Pangilinan — moderated by host Doreen Suaybaguio. The Sony Creators shared journeys, insights, and challenges, reflecting on how Sony cameras — from compact vlogging kits to professional setups — helped them push limits and translate unique visions into reality.
Immersive Zones
Attendees explored four hands-on zones built as creative playgrounds powered by Sony imaging. The hero model across the zones, the FX2, enabled cinematic-quality capture across travel, lifestyle, food, and vlogging scenarios — a game-changing tool for modern storytellers.

Cinevlog Zone — Guided by cinematic storyteller and content creator Miki Labarda, participants learned to turn everyday moments into cinematic narratives. With compact yet powerful Sony vlogging cameras, visitors experimented with framing, motion, and storytelling flow to craft striking mini-films.
Travel Zone — Styled like a whimsical glamping campsite with a vintage camper van mock-up, picnic chairs, a bonfire scene, and forest-inspired decor, this zone highlighted how Sony’s lightweight systems make adventure content immersive and authentic. Commercial director and travel creator Kyrke Jaleco demonstrated techniques while guests stepped into the set to shoot travel-inspired content and experience how Sony gear performs in outdoor-like environments.
Food Zone — Designed with colorful jars, backdrops, and long tables for interactive sessions, this space invited participants to garnish their own mocktails — a playful activity that doubled as a live lesson in capturing food and beverage content. Food photographer Fern Dy guided attendees on techniques for vibrant visuals, with Sony cameras bringing out texture, detail, and color.
Lifestyle Zone — Set outside Satori Specialty Coffee, the content-friendly setup showcased authentic lifestyle storytelling. Led by commercial director Miguel Sotto, participants explored how to capture cozy coffee scenes and everyday portraits, proving how Sony cameras adapt seamlessly to personal branding and spontaneous creativity.
A Festival of Community and Creativity
Throughout the day, participants joined teams that infused the festival with camaraderie and friendly competition. Brand partners Aputure, Hollyland, Snickers, OFF by SC Johnson, and Satori Cafe supported workshops, meet-and-greets, and live challenges, encouraging attendees to test Sony cameras and equipment, collaborate in real time, and create on the spot — underscoring the theme that creativity thrives when shared.

On the day, attendees were recognized through Best Zone Content awards and raffle draws, with winners taking home exclusive Sony merchandise. Major prizes — Sony Alpha 7C II with 28–60 mm zoom lens and Sony ZV-E10 II with SELP 15–50 mm power lens — will be awarded after the submission deadline. The event wrapped with an electrifying set from DJ Justin San, sending everyone home on a high and capturing the spirit of “Together, We Create.”
