Global girl group KATSEYE is set to drop their highly anticipated second EP, Beautiful Chaos, on June 27, 2025. The announcement was made via their official social media channels, accompanied by captivating concept photos that embody the essence of the upcoming release.
A World of Wild Aesthetics and Rebellious Vibes
In the teaser images, members Sophia, Daniela, Lara, Megan, Yoonchae, and Manon are seen striking bold poses atop vintage cars, exuding a rebellious and edgy vibe that hints at the thematic direction of Beautiful Chaos. Another image portrays the group amidst a chaotic fruit market, symbolizing the album’s embrace of disorder and spontaneity.
The group expressed their excitement, stating, “Our second EP ‘Beautiful Chaos’ is out June 27th!! We are so excited to invite you into this beautiful and chaotic world that we have built. Thank you for being here.”
‘Gnarly’ Era Signals a Sound Evolution
This upcoming EP follows the release of their prelude single, “Gnarly,” which dropped on April 30. The track showcases a bold departure from their previous sound, delving into hyper-pop and dance genres, and offering fans a glimpse into the group’s evolving musical direction.
According to their official web store, Beautiful Chaos embodies the concept of “celebrating confusion,” aiming to transcend traditional genre boundaries and showcase the group’s artistic growth. With contributions from acclaimed producers such as Justin Tranter, Andrew Watt, and John Ryan, Beautiful Chaos is anticipated to be KATSEYE’s most ambitious project to date.
