Quezon City, Philippines – PSA: a giant pink “Poochy” just strutted through UP Diliman like she owned the campus. Students stopped, stared and whispered, “Totoo ba ‘yan?” Yup, it’s real. The viral vagina from the Flower Girl teaser has escaped Sue Ramirez’s character and is now sightseeing around the city.

In Flower Girl, hitting cinemas on 18 June, Sue Ramirez plays Ena, a social-media darling who suddenly wakes up sans vagina after a chance meet-cute with a trans fairy in a restroom. Goodbye, normal life. Hello, mystical curse. To find her missing Poochy, Ena sets off on a wild trip of self-discovery and womanhood.
The genre-bending comedy comes from the tag-team of The IdeaFirst Company (Die Beautiful), Octobertrain Films (Bwakaw), and CreaZion Studios. Writer-director Fatrick Tabada (Patay Na Si Hesus, The Kangks Show) leans into magical realism and razor-sharp humor to question the rules women are told to follow. The stacked cast features Martin del Rosario, Jameson Blake, Maxie Andreison, and KaladKaren.
