In a recent USA Today poll, Jollibee was crowned the best fast food fried chicken in America. This Filipino favorite won hearts with its signature juicy, flavorful fried chicken, served in buckets with silky gravy and delectable sides like buttered corn, fries, and spaghetti.

Jollibee is the largest and fastest-growing Asian restaurant chain globally. It was established in the Philippines in 1978. Jollibee opened its first US store in Daly City, California in 1998. Since then, it has expanded to states like Arizona, Hawaii, Florida, Nevada, Michigan, and New Jersey. Jollibee brings its beloved Filipino fried chicken staple to new audiences.
USA Today’s editors and readers voted Jollibee as the top fast food chain for fried chicken. In second place was Pollo Campero, a chain hailing from Guatemala. Following closely behind in third place was Guthrie’s Chicken, an Alabama-based chain. Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders, known for its “Filet Mignon of Chicken,” took fourth place. Coming in at fifth place was Popeyes. Golden Chick came in sixth. America’s largest chain for chicken sandwiches, Chick-fil-A, was seventh. Meanwhile, Krispy Krunchy Chicken ranked eighth. Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, based in Ohio, took ninth place. Finally, Bojangles rounded out the top ten.
