Manila, Philippines. Starbucks Philippines has cracked open its Summer 1 2025 line-up and every item feels like getting salt spray in your hair without leaving the city. Available nationwide until 2 June, the seasonal drop splashes new drinks, comeback snacks, collectible merch and single-origin beans into stores and on GrabFood, foodpanda and Pick-A-Roo.

The star of the beverage board is the Seashore Shortbread Cream Frappuccino (Tall Php 205). Think crushed shortbread swirled into vanilla-cream waves that could fool your taste buds into believing you are sunbathing on White Beach. Holding its own is the Seabreeze Mint Chocolate series, offered hot, iced or blended (Tall Php 205). One sip gives peppermint-cool energy before the chocolate hugs back. When the afternoon scorcher hits, the Honey Ruby Grapefruit Cold Brew (Tall Php 195) delivers a citrus-sweet jolt with lychee bits riding shotgun.

Food came to play too. Chocolate lovers can black-out over the triple-layer Blackout Cake (Slice Php 265) while speed-eaters grab an Oh My Cheesydilla! (Php 175) straight off the warmer. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Cheesecake layers Snickers chunks on creamy cheesecake (Slice Php 295) and the Tortilla de Patatas con Chorizo (Php 155) upgrades the Spanish classic with chorizo kick. Craving street-food comfort? The Beef Shawarma (Php 225) wraps juicy beef, veggies and garlic sauce in a sourdough tortilla, and the Salted Caramel Butter Pecan Piaya (Php 110) hits that sweet-salty sweet spot. Pasta fans get the tangy Pasta Napolitana (Php 225) with olives, parmesan and mozzarella.

Collectors, breathe. The Bearista Game Series tumbler line lands with Mystic-Island aesthetics, and the Philippines-exclusive Pawsome Friends bottles let your cold brew pose for selfies. Swipers score two new Starbucks Rewards cards: a neon Video Game card you can load for as little as Php 300, plus a Summer Animal die-cut card that doubles as Insta-prop once you top it up with Php 500.

For home brewers, Starbucks drops two single-origin beans: Papua New Guinea Highlands and Colombia Nariño (both Php 755 per bag). Expect medium body and bright acidity, perfect for slow mornings that still feel like a beach weekend.
Summer tastes like shortbread frappes, mint-choco lattes, piaya and piña-colada vibes. Grab your crew, snag the merch and make every coffee break a mini-vacay before the menu sunsets
