Gone are the days of just adding to a cart online or waiting for pop-ups around the Metro. Now, Filipinos can simply visit the physical store, try out Love, Bonito’s latest silhouettes, and bring them home! As co-founder Rachel Lim said, “It’s been a long time coming.”

As a brand that thoughtfully puts together design and functionality, Rachel emphasized how important it is to have an “in-person” relationship with customers. “Online data can tell you what’s selling, what’s not selling, but it’s only when you go down to interact and observe the customers and talk to them that we realize the different insights as to why this is working and why this is not working, and this is additional insight,” she shared.

Sitting zones are available for partners waiting. The fitting rooms feature a queue system for efficient customer flow.

You can take a number, grab a coffee, and get buzzed when your fitting room is ready. CEO Dione Song and co-founder Rachel Lim also hinted at plans to integrate an omnichannel experience, making shopping even easier.
