This scene feels like what I once saw on a screen. Be ready to get enchanted by Taylor Swift’s captivating six-day performance in Singapore.
You’re not on your own kid. Many Filipino Swifties like you are also eager to see the American pop star Taylor Swift perform live here in the Philippines. While this may not be plausible right now, the good news is the Grammy-winning singer has added three more shows in Singapore—that’s a total of six nights, from March 2 to 4 and March 7 to 9—where you can get a chance to attend her only stop in Southeast Asia.
Due to the “overwhelming response” of fans in the region, Singapore Sports Hub officially announced on its website that Taylor Swift has added three more shows to The Eras Tour. That means more chances of securing a ticket from the estimated 300,000+ tickets that will be sold on July 7.
How to Secure Your Ticket in Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour in Singapore
Extremely hyped with Taylor Swift’s performances in the recent shows she made, fans are indeed getting frenzy over securing tickets for her show in Singapore. Who would not? We’ve waited a long time for this.
Well, to better equip yourself with the battle that is to happen on July 7 at 12 p.m., here’s a quick list of how you can buy your ticket for The Eras Tour concert.
- Make sure to create a Ticketmaster account.
As per Ticketmaster Singapore, tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Hence, it is important to be ahead of the game. Fan registration has already started since June 23. Make sure to finish creating your account on the platform.
While there’s no need for a Singapore SIM Card to register, an OTP will be sent to your phone to complete the verification process. Some have reported that they didn’t receive an OTP. So, here’s what you can do: add +639 to your 11-digit mobile number. If this still won’t work, don’t hesitate to email Ticketmaster at support@ticketmaster-sg.zendesk.com or fill out the Help Form on this link.
- Sign up for Fan Registration.
After creating your account on Ticketmaster and signing up for fan registration, you will receive an email on July 5 with the necessary information that you will need to access the tickets that are made available to the general public. This includes a unique access code that allows fans to purchase up to four tickets. (In case you don’t receive this email, make sure to check your Spam folder.)
- Get ready to purchase your ticket.
Once you have the access code, you can buy tickets for the general sale. And just as regular tickets are sold, you have to expect long online queues on the much-anticipated day—that’s more than 200,000 Swifties like you wanting to meet her in person too.
Aside from marking your calendars for July 7, make sure to have your credit or debit card ready for online payment. If you have family members or friends who possess a United Overseas Bank card, they can also help you secure your slot, as UOB cardmembers can access the presale on July 5 at noon.
