Coffee isn’t just a beverage. For a true-blue coffee lover, it’s akin to a ritual—a source of comfort. And there’s nothing more satisfying than savoring the invigorating aroma and delightful taste of a perfectly brewed cup. It’s an experience that lasts until the last sip of steaming perfection.

That’s why the annual Manila Coffee Festival is such an anticipated event for coffee aficionados. Happening this weekend—from March 15 to 17—this festival promises a delightful immersion into the world of coffee, featuring a diverse array of brews, interactive workshops, and exciting showcases that celebrate the artistry and passion behind every cup.

Here’s Your Ultimate Guide to the Manila Coffee Festival

In its sixth edition, The Coffee Heritage Project’s annual event is set to unfold at the MGBx Convention Hall, Marriott Manila. Dedicated to honoring the Philippines’ vibrant coffee culture, this annual lifestyle coffee adds an exciting addition to its features: the perfect complement to coffee beans, cacao. That means guests can dive into the world of locally grown and produced cacao goodies from Maranao, Sarangani, Cotabato, and Batangas while soaking in all the caffeinated fun!

Adding to the classic “Single Origin Bar,” where Filipino coffee farmers showcase their best brews, this year’s festival spices things up with 10 exciting new sources. Each cup not only tells a story of its heritage but also comes with vibrant cultural performances from the communities that cultivate it.

Plus, don’t miss the chance to savor the delicious SHOTT syrup at the “Double Shot Bar.” Get ready for some seriously tasty coffee cocktails, expertly crafted from single-origin Arabica, Robusta, and Liberica beans. For just P350, you can snag the Regular Pass and join the fun for one whole day. But if you’re serious about making the most of the festival, go big with the Espresso Pass at P850 for unlimited access for all three days!

Pretty awesome, huh? But wait, there’s more! Get ready for a heap of sweet surprises, engaging Kape Talks, exciting art competitions, and a whole lot more at the Manila Coffee Festival. Plus, you won’t want to miss out on specialty roasters like Yardstick Coffee, the artisan brunch hotspot Maker and Made, and the handcrafted ice cream goodness from Papa Diddi’s, right?

Furthermore, guests can enjoy captivating musical performances by local artists such as Jikamarie, Leanne & Naara, and Rangel. Additionally, they’ll have the opportunity to experience the mesmerizing showcase of “sumi-e” black ink art by Mei Tayengco Tirano—providing a window into the world of mindful artistic expression influenced by her Sagada studio.
