Calling all Filipino UAENA! Get ready to sing your heart out because IU H.E.R. World Tour concert is coming to Manila!

IU, the beloved Korean singer-songwriter, is set to perform in Manila on June 1, 2024, as part of her highly anticipated H.E.R. World Tour. This marks IU’s first concert in the Philippines since 2019, and her first time performing in the country as part of a world tour.

From “Lost Child” to “The Winning”

IU, also known as Lee Ji-eun, has won hearts all over since she first showed up in 2008. Her start was with the song “Lost Child,” which led to her first small album, “Lost and Found.” From there, IU has made lots of hit tunes, such as “Good Day,” “Palette,” and “Lilac,” proving she’s a big deal in music.

IU’s skill has won praise both at home and around the world. Her 2010 hit “Good Day” was named the top of the “100 Greatest K-POP Songs of the 2010s” by Billboard Magazine, and at the 2012 Korean Music Awards, she got awards for “Best Korean Pop Song” and “Song of the Year” for “Good Day”.

In 2017, IU showed her wide range of talents by writing most of the words and leading the making of her fourth album, “Palette”. This work got a lot of good talk and won big prizes, like the “Best Pop Album” at the 15th Korean Music Awards.

IU’s new mini-album, “The Winning,” out on February 20, 2024, shows off her skill again. The album has songs like “Shopper,” with a video that grabs your eyes, and “Love Wins All,” a top hit on big music charts in South Korea and worldwide.

IU’s Impact as an Actress

IU is more than just a singer. She’s also made her mark in acting, with roles in many Korean shows and movies. Her work in dramas like “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo” (2016) and “Hotel Del Luna” (2019) proves she’s got many talents. In “Hotel Del Luna,” she even sang “Our Happy Ending” for the show’s music. Her acting gigs have helped make her well-known as an all-around star.

The H.E.R. World Tour: A Celebration of IU and Her Fans

The H.E.R. World Tour kicks off in Seoul, South Korea, on March 2, 2024, showcasing IU’s big comeback on the world stage. Her show in the Philippines is extra special as IU becomes the first Korean solo artist to lead a show at the famous Philippine Arena. PH UAENA, who have missed her since her 2019 visit, are set for a night filled with magic and great music.

The 2024 IU H.E.R. WORLD TOUR CONCERT IN MANILA (BULACAN) on June 1, 2024, at the Philippine Arena, brings together IU and her fans for a night to remember. It’s a big celebration of IU’s talent and the strong love from her loyal UAENA.
